Julie has worked in the education sector and learned how to create instruction that engages the learner and accommodates multiple ability levels. As an instructor, she has created, implemented and facilitated over 40 courses. Strong organizational and project management skills allow her to facilitate learning and create courses, all while using data to iterate courses as needed. Collaboration and communication with teammates is important to success, and she has built a welcoming environment on her team through shared experiences (many of which involved food). Continuing to grow as a learner is necessary to thrive. During 2021, to hone her skills as an instructional designer, Julie earned certificates in Instructional Design from LinkedIn Learning, Udemy and Tim Slade's eLearning Academy.
